I recently read about "single-tasking" which is the funny idea that when you sit down to do a project, you don't get up until it's finished, except for food, breaks, and sleep. Now, that's a little extreme for me, but I see how concentrating on just one project can lead to much more productivity than multi-tasking, or juggling 10 projects a day. It gives you focus, and so far it seems to be working for me :) I’m trying something new too. I think we've all fallen into the trap about thinking too much and not firing it up instead. I'm in "Getting Things Done" mode right now and trying to get things done even faster and faster. Especially with things like content websites. It's better to get something decent up immediately as you will have to keep adding better and better things to it over time anyways. I have a few projects that I've just been sitting on and it hurts when I think how far ahead I could be at this time with them. Yes it does actually.
